I try to make sure that all my savory recipes either take less than 40 minutes to cook, cost less than 2€/serving or use less than 5 ingredients (ideally all three). Desserts are often longer, more expensive and/or more complex to cook, but they're also not for every occasion, so they're exempt from the previous rules.
I also prioritize one-pot recipes, as they're often easier to make (you just toss everything in a pot and wait) and are less demanding dish-washing wise
Finally I'll make sure to include a vegan variation of each recipe. It'll be harder for desserts but I'll try my best!
This cookbook is also there to encourage me to cook more often, just so I'll have a nice photo for each recipe I keep in my Drive. I've also figured this website is a prettier way of sharing them with friends!

4-ingredients Pancakes
Prep : 10-30min | Cooking : 1h | For 30 pancakes
You'll need
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of milk OR 2 cups of water + 2tbs of oil
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
Prep
Mix the flour and sugar
Dig a well in it, pour in the milk/water-oil and mix little by little. Stay in the well to avoid clumps, it may take a while by hand but you can do it!
Break the eggs and mix again
Heat a pan, pour a bit of mix in it and wait for it to bubble and become opac. Those are the signs you need to flip it
Let it cook for 1-2 more minutes and start again with another ladleful until there's no mix left!
