A (more or less) traditional recipe, with lardons and no fucking cream !
400g pasta
300g diced ham
2cs olive oil
4 egg yolks
200g parmesan
Cook the pasta al dente in a pot of lightly salted water.
Meanwhile, fry the diced ham in olive oil over a high heat for 6 minutes.
Pour off the pasta and add the diced ham, and the rest of the ingredients.
